ABSTRACT
In this presentation, we will present a zero energy district project for a social housing company in the city of Kortrijk.
It is a project of 180 passive houses and 40 renovated low energy houses , all in the same district.
The entire district will become CO2 neutral.
In this presentation, we will give a short overview of :
- the project (history, partners involved, status)
- the definition used in this project for being “CO2 neutral”
- the main technological strategies chosen to transform the district into a CO2 neutral site
- cost figures
